Last Night I got some really good news. The news is that the "THOMPSONS ARE COMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Okay first thing first is Jenny thought that guy in this first picture was Brandon because I was staring at him. Double click on that picture and you will see that the only reason I was staring at him because he had just sprayed me with the hose!!

Okay this post is for all of those people who watch the Food Network Channel!!! It is one of my fav. channels. Anyway probably my favorite episode is either "cookin for real" or 30 min meals. I love Racheal Ray exspecially when she says "yummo" or "evoo" which stands for extra virgin olive oil if you didn't already know that. Okay here is one of Racheal Rays famous recipes that I want to try[of course it is a dessert]

This is called Chocolate Cheescake Candy Cane Bars

Ingredients
Crust:
20 chocolate wafer cookies
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon fine salt
Filling:
8 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
2 large eggs, room temperature
Glaze:
4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon light or dark corn syrup
2 tablespoons sour cream, room temperature
1/2 cup crushed candy canes (see Cooks Note)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with foil.
For the crust: Process the chocolate wafers in a food processor with the butter, sugar, coffee, and salt until fine. Evenly press the crust into the prepared dish covering the bottom completely. Bake until the crust sets, about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the filling: Put the chocolate in a medium microwave-safe bowl; heat at 75 percent power until softened, about 2 minutes. Stir, and continue to microwave until completely melted, up to 2 minutes more. (Alternatively put the chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Bring a saucepan filled with an inch or so of water to a very slow simmer; set the bowl over, but not touching, the water, and stir occasionally until melted and smooth.)
Blend the cream cheese, sugar, and sour cream together in the food processor until smooth. Scrape down the sides, as needed. Add the eggs and pulse until just incorporated. With the food processor running, pour the chocolate into the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
Pour the filling evenly over the crust. Bake until filling puffs slightly around the edges, but is still a bit wobbly in the center, about 25 to 30 minutes. Cool on a rack.
For the Glaze: Put the chocolate, butter and corn syrup in microwave safe bowl. Heat glaze in the microwave at 75 percent power until melted, about 2 minutes. Stir the ingredients together until smooth; add the sour cream. Spread glaze evenly over the warm cake and scatter the crushed candy canes over top. Cool completely, then refrigerate overnight.
Cut into small bars or squares. Serve chilled or room temperature.
Store cookies covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Cook's Note: To crush the candy canes, remove wrappers and place in a resealable plastic bag. Use a rolling pin to roll and break the candy up into small pieces, about 1/4 inch or so.

Okay I was trying to do this one day at a time but I put one picture in the wrong place and screwed the whole thing up so sorry if your confused [ fair warning this may be the longest post you will ever see!!
So the last day we decided to climb up a GIANT hill. It was so much fun I went up it 2 1/2 times.

The second day we got there we went on the scariest ride on fins and things!!! I was in a rhino with Lewis and Muriel we were trying to go up this really steep hill but we didn't get enough power so we started go back down the hill it flipped and i was in it!! It was so scary then my Grandma Miller had tooth that really hurt so she didn't come up tell the second day!! But the boys still weren't done with the four wheeling for the day so the girls headed to the pool and the boys went 4 wheeling. Annie and Abbie were so funny the trip!! And I don't even think that Annie's cast is dry yet!!

Then we all got showered up and went to dinner this is me and my mom snapping pictures when know one was looking

I don't think I've ever laughed so hard when I saw Taylor trying to get them to "light em' up"

The Wax Museum

Two weeks ago I had the wax museum at school.

It is when you have to pick a person that made a difference in America and be her. I chose Amelia Earhart. Then I had to do a big report all about her and stand in front of the whole school and give a long speech. We had to act like a statue and when they came and pushed our button we had to tell about the person we were being. It was one of the scariest things I've ever done.

This year for Christmas Eve, we had Archie the elf come and visit us at Grandma and Clarks and he brought us Presents!!!
Lucy and Max both scored!! Lucy go t a coloring book (her favorite thing to do is color) And Max got a Monster truck!!!

We did the Nativity and Abbie was Marry she did perfect at it.

And Me and Jen had to sing a solo to Silent night it was so scary!!

Cheer Clinic

Guess What last week at dance one of my friends well I should say my babysitter came up and asked me if I wanted to do a cheer clinic I said YES!! She said we got to perform at Orem High at a football game at half time. I had so much fun and they even gave us a Orem High shirt! When I get older I want to be a cheerleader!!

I Cut my Hair!!

New Summer Recipe

This is a recipe that really sounded good. It is rated 5 Star. Try it out and tell me what you think. Keep checking back I will be posting more recipes soon!

Honey Nut Chicken
Recipe courtesy Rachael Ray

4 ounces, 2 small packages, honey roasted peanuts, about 2/3 cup 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs 1 tablespoon grill seasoning blend (recommended: Montreal Seasoning by McCormick) 2 eggs A splash half-and-half or whole milk 2 teaspoons hot sauce, several drops 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 2 to 3 tablespoons vegetable oil 4 (6 to 8-ounce) pieces of chicken breast Barbequed Succotash, recipe follows
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Put nuts, bread crumbs and grill seasoning in food processor and pulse grind to combine the nuts into bread crumbs. Pour nutty-breading onto a plate.
Beat eggs and half-and-half or milk with hot sauce in a shallow dish.
Pour flour out on a plastic board or plate.
Dust both sides of the chicken with flour. Dip the chicken into the egg mixture and then coat with the nutty-breading.
Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add vegetable oil to coat the bottom of the pan with a thin layer, 2 or 3 turns of the pan. Brown chicken pieces 2 minutes on each side in hot oil or until evenly light golden in color. Transfer to a baking sheet and cook in oven until juices run clear and breasts are cooked through, about 10 to 12 minutes. Serve with Barbecued Succotash.

Barbecued Succotash: 1 tablespoon extra-virgin or vegetable oil, 1 turn of the pan 1/2 red onion, chopped 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped 1 (14-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained 1 (10-ounce) box frozen corn Salt and pepper 1/4 cup smoky barbecue sauce 2 tablespoons chopped chives, parsley or cilantro leaves, for garnish
Heat a medium skillet over medium high heat. Add onions and peppers and saute 5 minutes. Add beans and corn and season with salt and pepper. When corn heats through, add barbecue sauce. Stir to combine and serve succotash with chopped chives, parsley or cilantro to garnish.
Yield: 4 servings Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes Inactive Cook Time Ease of preparation: easy

Starting out are Girls Night Out we decided to run threw are sprinklers since it was such a Nice day outside!!

As soon as my mom saw us running threw the sprinklers she ran in and grabed her camera she was trying to take a picture of Abbie but the sun was to bright so my mom said "Close your eyes and when I count to 3 open them as soon as my mom said three Abbie opend her eyes for 1 second than fell back saying AHHHHHHHHH!!!!

For are specil outing my mom let us pick where we wanted to eat we said Pizza factory.

Then we went to a park to play at. Lucy had the time of her life on those swings those are her favorite. When ever we go to the park that is the first thing she wants to do.

While my mom was gon on her girls trip I got sick!! Luckliy I got better by my Birthday! My dad decided that we should have a pre party and he made me my own cake.
Thanks dad for taking care of me when I was sick and for being the best dad.

Lehi pool

Well for family night jamie planed for us to go to the Lehi pool until then we were all counting down minutes. Once we there we were all so excited to get into the pool.Well of corse grandma showed up with a yummy treat that we all loved.Behind That pic that me and jen were standing by there was a HUGE BUCKET OF WATER that dumed on you every minute and there was also a dark slide!!

We first started out are sleepover polishing off 1 entire box of Andies mints.
Me and Jenny decided to make up are own fun for are sleepover so we went out at 7:30 in the morning and started white washing are faces!!! After that fun we went sledding but i do not want to mention what happend to jenny!! I love u Jenny!!!
